Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Austin, TX)

Clearpath Lantern Property Management Partners manages apartment communities around Austin, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
