Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Austin, TX)

Westbrook Birch Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for visit scheduling. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
