Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Austin, TX)

Cedar Ridge Property Management is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
