Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Juniper Care Services and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
