Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Field Learning Group is an education provider in Atlanta serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
