Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Amber Community Partners and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 428 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for food distribution. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
