Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Anchorage, AK)

Cedar Drift Health is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for patient scheduling. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
