Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Lantern Early Learning and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication.
