Greenridge Granite Housing is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with waiting lists.
