Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Tulsa, OK)

Summit Corner Pharma is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to clinical studies, and clear open items. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
