Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Tulsa, OK)

Summit Quarry Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Tulsa area. We are hiring a Senior Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to customer tickets, and clear open items. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
