Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Tulsa, OK)

Amberfield Vista Community Partners is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
