Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Tucson, AZ)

Amberfield Bridge Health is a healthcare provider in Tucson with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to patient education, and clear open items. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Track costs around clinic supplies against budget and explain variances to managers. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
