Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Tucson, AZ)

Nova Glen Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Tucson, and we need a Senior Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Track costs around loan files against budget and explain variances to managers. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
