Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Tucson, AZ)

Clearpath Orchard Care Services supports families and individuals in Tucson with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. You would join a large organisation of about 792 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to visit scheduling, and clear open items. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
