Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Glen Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to field inspections, and clear open items. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Track costs around equipment calibration against budget and explain variances to managers. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
