Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Orchard Care Services and adding a Senior Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Track costs around caregiver training against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to visit scheduling, and clear open items. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
