Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Mill Care Services Group is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to client records, and clear open items. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
