Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge Glen Hospitality is a hospitality company in Savannah with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. You would join a large organisation of about 730 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Track costs around guest bookings against budget and explain variances to managers. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
