Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Savannah, GA)

Northwind Quill Facilities is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Track costs around safety inspections against budget and explain variances to managers. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
