Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Fox Medical and adding a Senior Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to complaint handling, and clear open items. • Track costs around production lots against budget and explain variances to managers. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with complaint handling.
