Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Summit Medical Group and adding a Senior Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. You would join a large organisation of about 938 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to clinical evaluations, and clear open items. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
