Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Reno, NV)

Nova Keystone Health Group is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 334 people based in Reno. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to electronic records, and clear open items. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Track costs around clinic supplies against budget and explain variances to managers. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
