Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Bluepeak Forge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Oklahoma City area. We are hiring a Senior Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. You would join a large organisation of about 480 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Track costs around field visits against budget and explain variances to managers. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
