Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Vale Manufacturing Partners and adding a Senior Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track costs around production lines against budget and explain variances to managers. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to work orders, and clear open items. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
