Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Greenridge Junction Medical is a Portland company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to production lots, and clear open items. • Track costs around complaint handling against budget and explain variances to managers. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
