Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Bluepeak Pike Pharma develops and makes medicines in Columbus. We are hiring a Senior Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to batch records, and clear open items. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Track costs around clinical studies against budget and explain variances to managers. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
