Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Silverline Bridge Freight Group is a Orlando logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Track costs around claims against budget and explain variances to managers. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
