Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Silverline Ridge Auto Group is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Track costs around customer estimates against budget and explain variances to managers. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with warranty claims.
