Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Vista Financial and adding a Senior Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to loan applications, and clear open items. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Track costs around payment disputes against budget and explain variances to managers. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
