Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Greenridge Lakeside Hospitality is a hospitality company in St. Louis with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track costs around guest bookings against budget and explain variances to managers. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to housekeeping schedules, and clear open items. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
