Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Lumen Amber Financial is a financial-services company in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. You would join a large organisation of about 592 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to account servicing, and clear open items. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Track costs around loan applications against budget and explain variances to managers. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
