Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Clearpath Timber Learning Group is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Track costs around learning materials against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to enrolment, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
