Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Greenridge Vista Housing is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track costs around waiting lists against budget and explain variances to managers. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to resident services, and clear open items. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
