Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (remote)

Harborlight Pine Financial serves customers across Charleston with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Track costs around regulatory reports against budget and explain variances to managers. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to payment disputes, and clear open items. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
