Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Orlando, FL)

Cedar Haven Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Orlando producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Track costs around clinical studies against budget and explain variances to managers. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
