Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Willow Auto Group is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Track costs around customer estimates against budget and explain variances to managers. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
