Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Stone Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track costs around exhibitions against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to ticketing, and clear open items. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
