Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Oklahoma City, OK)

Lumen Mill Hospitality is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Track costs around housekeeping schedules against budget and explain variances to managers. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to group events, and clear open items. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
