Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Yarrow Legal Group is a law firm in Oklahoma City serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to client files, and clear open items. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Track costs around document review against budget and explain variances to managers. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
