Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Quill Hospitality Partners operates hotels and event venues around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Track costs around supplier orders against budget and explain variances to managers. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to group events, and clear open items. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with group events.
