Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Oak Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track costs around scheduling against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to equipment calibration, and clear open items. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • A degree or certificate in accounting.
