Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Madison, WI)

Bluepeak Technologies is a Madison manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Track costs around work orders against budget and explain variances to managers. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
