Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Las Vegas, NV)

Cedar Willow Medical Group is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Track costs around training materials against budget and explain variances to managers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
