Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bluepeak Amber Medical Associates is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to device records, and clear open items. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Track costs around clinical evaluations against budget and explain variances to managers. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
