Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath Rook Markets is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Track costs around pricing against budget and explain variances to managers. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with shrink and waste.
