Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Field Staffing places workers with employers around Fresno, and we need a Senior Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. You would join a large organisation of about 924 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to timekeeping, and clear open items. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
