Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Pine Housing Group and adding a Senior Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Track costs around resident services against budget and explain variances to managers. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to waiting lists, and clear open items. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Familiarity with audit requirements.
