Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath Linden Legal Group is a Fort Worth practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Track costs around intake forms against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to court deadlines, and clear open items. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
