Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Fern Facilities and adding a Senior Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track costs around customer sites against budget and explain variances to managers. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to work orders, and clear open items. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Familiarity with audit requirements.
